  • Everyone starts with a free session and tour. Book Here

    In this session you'll get to experience a couple classes, get a full tour of the facility and learn all about infrared heat. Come ready to workout and bring a bottle of water, we will supply the rest. We look forward to meeting you soon!

  • YES, One of our knowledgeable staff members will help you get started with the right classes for you and your level. All of our workouts include modifications and you can start out small. You can start with just partial workouts and build as you progress. Remember it's all about showing up and progress NOT perfection.

  • Members have access from 4am -10pm Monday- Sunday.

    Trials and visitor are by appointment only book here.

  • Spin, Ignite and Cardio zone are scheduled in 15 minute increments as they are higher intesity. Members are welcome to book two in a row if they are more advanced and want a long HIIT session. High Intesity Interval Training.

    Yoga, Stretch, Resistance, Full Body Burn and Core are 30 min sessions.

  • Yes, of course. We recommend coupling a 15 min and 30 min session together back to back or take a 15 min rest between. You may need to build up to this and remember you definitely need to hydrate and replace electrolytes. We limit members to 3 classes per day for the courtesy of all members.

  • Tennis shoes are required in the following classes. Spin, Ignite, Resistance, Cardio Zone.

  • We require our nontoxic yoga mats to be used with a hot yoga towel over the top. These can be purchased in the studio. You can not bring your own mat due to toxins being released in the heat.

  • Children 16 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult and an adult must sign their liability waiver. Children under 16 are not permitted in the studio.

  • You must consult with your doctor if you have any conditions that could affect you working out in the heat.

  • No, we do not recommend pregnant women to work out in the heat. BUT, you can use the open gym during your pregnancy.

  • Open gym is a weight room designated for member to strength train. No reservations are required but you must have an active membership to access.

  • At the Franklin location Temple Fitness and The Infrared Room share the same building. Temple Fitness is a personal training studio that after 14 years of business, opened a new brand - The Infrared Room. Personal training is offered upstairs and packages are sold separately. They also offer semi-private and partner training plus body composition scans and nutrition coaching. You can learn more about Temple Fitness at www.TempleFitnessFranklin.com.

  • Joey and Kelly Barbera are the founders. It is family owned and operated. Joey and Kelly, husband and wife have called Franklin Tn home for the past 18 years. Joey is a NSCA CSCS Coach and continues to train personal training clients and athletes at Temple Fitness up stairs. Kelly is also a certified personal trainer and loves coaching one on one, group and virtually. You'll see both Joey and Kelly in The Infrared Room workouts.
